User agreement

Concepts used in this Agreement:

"User" means an individual who has executed an application on the site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Company "Quadro Park" - Buchinskaya Z.M., which is the copyright owner of the site.

"Site" is a resource posted on the Internet at http://quadropark.com/, which provides the display of information on services provided services. The site provides the user with the opportunity to interact with the quad bike rent reservation system on the desired day, time, route, including the possibility to obtain available descriptions, images, availability and conditions, as well as the cost of the rent. Relationships associated with booking a variant of the route and the duration of the quad bike rental are governed by separate agreements (offer) placed on the Site.

"Quadro rental" is a short-term (from 30 min to 10 o'clock) entertaining event consisting of quadricycling on a pre-arranged route organizer, accompanied by an instructor, which begins on the day indicated in the reservation, the time of the day indicated in the reservation (the desired time of day for the lease is confirmed by the administrator by e-mail of the User), and passes for a certain continuous period of time indicated in the reservation, respectively, and conditions that include the tr Requirements and rules, including restrictions on age, and the number of participants in the group (no more than the number of authorized participants on the website), restrictions on their state of health and physical condition (in terms of the inadmissibility of participants in alcoholic or those that impede the management of a quad bike )

"Personal data" means any information that relates directly or indirectly to a particular person or is determined by an individual (subject of personal data).

General provisions:

1.1. This Agreement is an agreement between Quadro Park and the User and replaces all previous agreements between the User and Quadro Park. This Agreement determines the terms of use of the materials and services of the Site by the Users.

1.2. In accordance with Article Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (HCU), this agreement is recognized as a public offer.

1.3. This agreement enters into force as soon as the User expresses consent to its terms in the manner specified in clause 1.4. this Agreement.

1.4. After passing the reservation procedure, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of this Agreement in full without restrictions or reservations. In the event that the User does not agree completely or in part with the provisions of this Agreement, he is not entitled to use the materials and services of the Site.

1.5. Quadro Park has the right at any time to unilaterally and without any special notice make changes and / or additions to this agreement by publishing an updated version on the site. The updated version of the Agreement enters into force from the moment of its publication on the Site. In the event that the User does not agree completely or in part with the provisions of the updated version of the Agreement, he is not authorized to use the materials and services of the Site.

1.6. The terms and conditions for the use of the materials and services of the Site are governed by this Agreement and other agreements (offer) placed on the Site.

1.7. The current version of the Agreement is available on the Internet at http://quadropark.com/page-politika-konfidentsialnosti.

2.1. The User is obligated to read this Agreement carefully. The User confirms that he has read, understood and agrees to observe the terms of this Agreement, that is, expresses the full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with Art. 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (hereinafter - HCU) and becomes a client.

2.2. This Agreement enters into force as soon as the User expresses consent to its terms through the procedure of booking on the Site.

2.3. Quadro Park has the right to send the specified e-mail address (e-mail) to the Users and the telephone number of the informational and advertising message (mailing list).

The user agrees to receive mailings by placing in his profile marks of consent (check marks) in a special field opposite the phrase "I agree to receive information messages from the network of Quadro Park. The user has the right to refuse to receive mailings by removing the check mark from the above special field.

2.4. Quadro Park unilaterally has the right to impose restrictions on the use of materials and services of the site for all users and for certain categories of users.

2.5. The user is not authorized to use any devices, programs, procedures, algorithms and methods, automatic devices or equivalent manual processes for accessing, acquiring, copying or tracking the content of the site.

2.6. The user has no right to violate the security system or authentication on the site or in any network which relates to the Site.

2.7. The user has no right to use the Site and its content for any purpose prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine, as well as to incite any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of Quadro Park and / or other persons.

2.8. All objects available when using the Site, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, video, computer programs, databases, music, sounds and other objects placed on the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Content") are objects of exclusive rights to Quadro Park and other copyright holders. Any use of the content without the consent of its owners is strictly prohibited.

The procedure for registering users:

3.1. In order to use the functional services of the site, the User must go through the booking procedure on the Site.

3.2. When booking, the User enters his special form (real name, e-mail address, mobile phone number) into a special form.

3.3. The user agrees to provide true, accurate and complete information about themselves on the issues proposed in the Booking Form.

3.4. The personal information provided by the User contained in the database is stored and processed by Quadro Park in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 of this Agreement.

Personal data and privacy policy:

4.1. When entering data when booking, the User provides Quadro Park information constituting the user's personal data and gives his consent to the processing of such personal information by Quadro Park, including its transmission to third parties. In the event that the User does not wish the Quadro Park company to process his personal data, he must notify Quadro Park company by sending an email to quadro.prokat@gmail.com.

4.2. The user fully agrees and allows the Company to publish and further use for advertising purposes, and any kind of advertising campaigns, the user's images (including his photographs, as well as video recordings or works of fine art in which he is depicted), including if his image is received when shooting, which was held in places open to the public, or at public events.

4.3. Quadro Park can process personal data in such a way, unless otherwise stated: collect, accumulate, store, organize, refine, use, depersonalize, transfer this information to third parties.

4.4. Kvadro Park and other employees authorized by it may use the users' personal data to communicate with the User and / or provide information about the users of the site within the framework of the contractual relationship to third parties.

4.5. The processing of user personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation in the field of personal data with the purpose and this section on the Privacy Policy.

4.6. The processing of personal data is carried out in order to identify the user, providing the User-identified access to the materials and services of the Site; establishing feedback from the user, including sending messages, inquiries regarding the use of site services, rendering services, processing requests and requests from the user; determining the location of the user to ensure security, prevent fraud; message of the user on the reservation status of the quad bike rental; providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site; providing the User with his consent, updating products, special offers, pricing information, newsletters and other information on behalf of Kvadro Park or on behalf of Kvadro Park partners; implementation of promotional activities with the consent of the user.

4.7. Quadro Park ensures that the processing of personal data takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data of the User from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution of personal data and other illegal actions.

4.8. The processing of personal data of the User is carried out without time limit, in any legal way, including in the information systems of personal data using automation tools or without the use of such tools.

4.9. Quadro Park provides access to personal data of the user only to those individuals and employees who need this information to fulfill the obligations arising from this Agreement and other transactions (offers) posted on the Site.

Quadro Park ensures that these persons respect the confidentiality of personal data of the user and the security of personal data during their processing.4.10. Quadro Park has the right to disclose any information collected about the user of the site, if the disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding the unlawful use of the site to establish (identify) the User, which may interfere with or interfere with the rights of Quadro Park or the rights of other Site Users.

4.11. The user's personal data may be transferred to the authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.

4.12. Quadro Park together with the user takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data of the user.

Limitation of liability

5.1. All materials and services of the Site are provided in their original form, without guarantees of completeness or timeliness, and without, other express or implied warranties. Access to the Site, as well as the use of its materials and services is carried out solely at the discretion of the user and at his risk.

5.2. Quadro Park is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies that may be found in the materials contained on this Site.

5.3. Some links on the Site lead to resources located on third-party sites. These links are placed for the convenience of users and do not mean that Quadro Park approves the content of other sites. In addition, Quadro Park is not responsible for the availability of these resources and their content. This statement applies to all links provided on the site and the content of all websites accessible through banners and links on the site.

5.4. Kvadro Park is not responsible for any illegal actions of the User in relation to third parties or third parties in relation to the user.

5.5. The site may use cookies to store personal and general information about users. “Cookies” are small text files that can be used by an Internet site to identify repeat visitors, simplify access and use by a site visitor, as well as track a site for visitors and collect general information to improve content. Having passed the registration procedure, the User expresses his consent to the use of cookies by the Site.

5.6. Quadro Park is not responsible for damage, loss or expense (real or possible) arising from this site, its use or the inability to use.

5.7. Kvadro Park is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect indication by the User of their data when creating a profile.

5.8. Quadro Park is not responsible for delays or interruptions in the implementation of the operation, resulting from force majeure, as well as any case of problems in telecommunications, computer, electrical and other related systems.

5.9. Quadro Park is not responsible for the actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and the delays associated with their work.

Other provisions:

6.1. This Agreement is drawn up and regulated in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. All possible disputes arising from relations governed by this Agreement shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

6.2. Through free services within the framework of this Agreement, the rules on consumer protection stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine cannot be applied to the relationship between the User and Quadro Park.

6.3. This Agreement is not a basis for any financial obligations or a merger between the User and Soundcloud.

6.4. If one or several provisions of this Agreement are recognized as invalid or have no legal force, this will not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.

6.5. This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
